NATIONAL HYDRATION DAY W/ FORTNITE

Per our Nestl​​é team briefing, Nuun Hydration was the first to successfully pull non-essential carbs and calories from the sports drink category. Unimaginably, they did it before Gatorade. So one day, a Nestlé exec spoke with a Havas exec about our Metaverse Intern program—soon after our youth-forward team got charged with bringing Nuun to Gen Z. We built “National Hydration Day,” a Nuun takeover in Fortnite. Starting with a reskin of Fortnite’s renowned Shield Potion, we developed a suite of branded assets in Unreal 4 for a seamless port into all consoles where the game can be played. Further, we created hydration-themed quests, sneakily bringing Nuun into the game separate from our heavy-handed graphics package.
